  How does it work? 

 

THE START

Tell me what you need by filling out my quick and easy form or by dropping me a line.

 

THE PROPOSAL

Once we’ve introduced ourselves, I’ll email you a detailed proposal which’ll tell you my price, the completion date, and – most importantly – how I will make you visible.

 

If you’re happy with everything, electronically sign the proposal, return it, and we’re good to go!

 

THE DEPOSIT

On receipt of the signed proposal, I’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the project price. Once this has been paid, I will lock your project in the diary.

 

THE BRIEF

Next, we’ll arrange a time to go through your project in more detail. At this stage, I’ll be asking you about your tone of voice, target audience, your story, your competition, your favourite '90s band. Everything.

 

THE COPY

By the agreed deadline date, version 1 of your brand-new copy will land straight in your inbox. 

 

I usually work in Microsoft Word but let me know if a Google Doc is more your thing! I can be flexible. (Not on price, though. I’ve got a Bernese mountain dog to feed, you know!)

 

THE EDITS

The process includes two FREE rounds of changes. Rarely does it go to version 3, but it’s there if we need it. That sounded big-headed, didn’t it? It’s true, though.

 

THE END

That’s it. Once we’ve sorted the tweaks, you’re good to go.

 

All that’s left to do is to brace yourself for more customer inquiries. Oh – and settle the remaining balance, of course.
